Liberty-Dayton Community Hospital is located in Liberty, Texas, and owned and operated by the Frontier Healthcare Group. Since November of 2002, this newly designated Critical Access Hospital has been serving the medical needs of South Liberty County.
In April, 2007, Liberty-Dayton Community Hospital was awarded continuing accreditation by the Joint Commission, formerly known as the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). This recognition indicates the hospital's strong commitment to quality care and safety for our patients.
